Reclaiming her story - going from

help build a refuge for families to heal & grow together
Join us in Building Tommy's Home
Tommy's Home will provide safety while nurturing health, healing and wholeness for women and their children who desire freedom from the street life of drugs, sexual exploitation and addiction. Tommy's Home is intended to nurture families by allowing them to heal together. It provides an alternative to the traditional method of placing children in foster care while their mothers participate in rehab. By allowing the family to stay together, both the mother and children receive the care they need to heal from trauma, to thrive and rewrite their story. Tommy's Home will include apartments for each family with resident floor monitors, classrooms for various education programs, and medical facilities including counselling and physical health. Each family will rediscover joy and their individual passions and be equipped to use their natural talents to create business models for future success. Tommy's Home will provide the opportunity for families to seize control of their lives and positively impact the community of Camden and the surrounding area. With your donations, Tommy's Home will become a reality. Join us in changing the legacy of future generations through putting love into action.

The Building Project
Why is Tommy’s Home unique?
Promoting self-efficacy while keeping mothers and children together
Imagine being told you have to choose between keeping your family together and getting the help you need to get clean. This is the reality for many women impacted by sexual exploitation and addiction. If they seek help, they have to give up their children to foster care systems. Tommy's Home will provide safety while nurturing health, healing, and wholeness for women and children who desire freedom from the street life of drugs, sexual exploitation, and addiction. Tommy's Home is intended to nurture families by allowing them to heal together; an alternative to the traditional method of foster care for children and rehab for mothers. By allowing the family to stay together through the rehabilitation stage, both the mother and children will receive the care necessary to thrive and rewrite their story. The traditional method of rehab requires the mother to give up her children to foster care, where children may or may not receive the help they need to heal from any trauma endured. Tommy's Home will be the first of its kind, providing rehab that mends families instead of separating them. Tommy's Home will include apartments for each family with resident floor monitor housing, classrooms for various educational programs, and medical facilities, including counselling and physical health. Each family will discover joy and their individual passions and be taught ways to use their natural talents to create business models for future success. Tommy's Home will provide the opportunity for families to seize control of their lives and positively impact the community of Camden. With your donations, Tommy's Home will become a reality. Join us in loving and changing the legacy of future generations.
The ones who have been made right with God will move onward and forward; and those with pure hearts shall become stronger and stronger.

The Victor's Journey at Tommy's Home
“From Victim to Victor" is more than a slogan - it's a place of healing, equipping & empowerment.
Women have the opportunity to receive caring support, receive an education, set goals, create plans and reach for their dreams at Tommy's Home. And they do all of this with their children living with them.
When mothers are empowered, the whole community heals
